What information is handled?

• What you send when you e-mail us: name, company, e-mail address, telephone and the text of your message. You send these from your own mail application; they are not stored on this site.
• Your language preference: a technical cookie that remembers which language you opened the site in.
• Your answer to the cookie notice: stored only in your browser and never sent to us.
• Technical records kept by the hosting server: as on any web server, connection records such as IP address and browser may be logged. Those records belong to the hosting provider and are used only to keep the site running and to prevent abuse.

Why, and on what legal basis?

What you send by e-mail is used only to answer your request and prepare an offer; the basis is the contact you initiated and our legitimate interest in replying. The language cookie is necessary for the site to work. The map on the contact page loads only with your explicit consent — refuse, and it never runs.

Who is it shared with?

Your personal data is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing. Only three technical parties are involved: the provider hosting the site, our corporate e-mail provider and — if you allow it — Google, which serves the map on the contact page. When you follow a marketplace or social link you leave this site and come under that platform's own policies.

How long is it kept?

E-mail correspondence stays in the company mailbox for as long as our working relationship and the applicable statutory retention periods require. The language cookie and your cookie choice live in your browser and disappear when you clear its data. How long server logs are kept depends on the hosting provider's policy.

Your rights

In respect of your personal data you may ask to:

• Learn what data is held about you and obtain access to it
• Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected
• Have your data erased
• Object to its processing and withdraw a consent you gave
• Lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority

Changes

When the site's behaviour changes, this text changes with it; the date at the top shows the last revision. Anything significant will be announced on the site.
